Proposed North Ridgeline Project

Colorado State Forest Service and the Boulder Watershed Collective are preparing a Fire Mitigation project on our community's north ridgeline. The project proposes to complete fire mitigation activities in the properties along the north ridgeline of our community. This project would help protect the rest of the community from a potential wildfire approaching from the north slope. Property owners' participation is entirely voluntary. Below are maps of the proposed project boundaries, although other properties near this location may also be eligible to participate. The project is in its early stages. If you want to participate in the project, please contact Dan Allen with Colorado State Forest and Scott Heffernan with the Boulder Watershed Collective.
